Easy View from Active Property

At Active Property Service we understand that looking for a new place to live can be stressful enough. So why would you want to make it any harder than it has to be?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to find your new place. So we have developed our “Easy View” policy. No one standing over you, no pressure, just you taking your time to look at a place and deciding if it’s right for you. Here’s how it works: just come to our office, fill out a quick form, leave us a $35 deposit (it’s refundable), we’ll make a copy of your ID, and you can have the keys to almost any of our vacant units for an hour.

Key check out times are from 9am-3pm Monday through Thursday and 9am-11am on Friday. If you are unable to view a unit during these hours call the office at 541-772-5334 to setup an appointment.
